An amazing recording
This chant was played towards the end of a yoga class, and I have never before been so affected by a chant. It is so powerful and goes deep into my being, giving me a sense of peace, and I cannot stop listening to it. Thank you for sharing.

The dalai Lamas Healing Mantra
I Love it. I have gone through so many songs and Mantras. This one resonates with my soul. Everytime I listen to it my heart just cries out n heal. Others havent the same effect when I listen to them. When I was hurting real bad, I cried everytime I hear this song. It took 6 months before I could stop crying but I know it was healing me. I got better and stopped listening. But I am back to it now 2 yrs later and I could feel how it resonates with me. My family doesnt understand but it is such a healing song for me,. Not the same for everyone but I truly love it. Thank you so much. Thank u for this song, truly heals my soul and resonates so deeply. Thank you so much for writing this song and sharing. Cant tell you how much you have impacted my life. You are a saviour. Is there anyone who feels the same as me?

I'm embarrassed to report that our previous posting Dalai Lama's Healing Mantra is incorrect. The mantra is in fact not chanted by his Holiness but by Hein Braat, a , self effacing Dutchman whose devotion to chant and mantra has over many years produced many extraordinary versions of some of the most sacred chants and beloved mantras in the canon of mantra.
When Hein was told that this version of his recording was making the rounds and people were coming out and saying that the voice of the Dalai Lama was healing them, he became very concerned.
Not because of the fact that they thought it was the Dalai Lama's voice - but that if they subsequently knew that it was not his voice but Hein Braat's, their healing might drop away and they would become ill again!
Also the chant is from the Veda, which is Hindu not Buddhist. Tri-ambaka-m is the three-eyed one e.g. Lord Shiva.
